   1. John Greunewald b 1842 in Hesse, Prussia, died after 1912, married Elizabeth/Lizzie Dietz (she was born c 1843 in Prussia/Saxony and died in 1921). They married in 1865 in East Troy, Walworth County, Wisconsin.
